 The Warning List

Keep away from these companies

You should keep away from these companies. We have looked at different aspects of the companies and want to warn people from participating in these networks.

This list will also be put out at the front page under the menu so that everyone can se what companies that are on the Warning List

We have taken a closer look at these companies and have found one or more critical factoids.

This does not mean that these companies are solely negative and can not be washed clean. But it means that until new documentation states these companies clean you should keep away. We make it clear what companies we find worst.

We will not post sensitive information about why the different companies are on the Warning List but if we are asked we can share proper reason.

If it is apparent that NetworkMarketing-International is mistaken there must be forwarded evidence to prove the claim.

Here is the List: (It will be updated as new companies are either put on the list or washed cleaned)

BIG WARNING!!!

 T6Poker - T6P -  Torben Hübertz Knudsen -  Frode Berg - Andre «Gomez» Nilsen - Anthony Châtelain

You can call this company a clone from WGI and Aspiritus. Even if you can not categorize the company as purely pyramid scheme with the laws today this company can cause great damage to the direct sales and network marketing industry and people that is involved. Therefore we break out a warning on this company. We welcome all tips about this company. All tips will remain anonymous.

NetworkMarketing-International is now working actively with the Norwegian lottery supervision about this matter, which also knows things about the people behind the company.
The men behind in Norway come from WGI and the main person behind this is Torben Hübertz Knudsen which originally comes from the company Alston Price Business Ltd. This company is blacklisted in the Swedish financial inspection and Belize International Financial Services Commission, which is the financial government in the country where the company is. Alston Price Business Ltd is behind 1Oz group which owns T6Poker.

The entry fee is approximately €640 Euro. NetworkMarketing-International.com warns you in engaging in this company. Many can lose money when this company falls apart, something we see as very likely if you look at similar companies and the people behind. It’s mathematical if you look closer at this type of product trough direct sales. They label up that they are a gaming club, but in reality they recruit trough the MLM system where there are bonuses for recruiting. Even if there are people playing poker and other games without recruiting which is not wrong in itself, it is the MLM part of the system we warn you about.
We are working with the Norwegian DSA which takes distance from the company and confirms that we will go further to protect the industry against new scandals within the direct sales industry. This is the first time we will put out the people that promotes this and is behind the growth in the company. The only reason we will remove the people from the list is if we get a written confirmation that they have put the company behind them and no longer work in this company. This will also be published.
You should keep away from these people! (If this escalades we will post more people on the list):

  • Torben Hübertz Knudsen (behind the blacklisted company Alston Price Business Ltd)
  • Frode Berg (former WGI top)
  • Andre «Gomez» Nilsen (former WGI top)
  • Anthony Châtelain (former pusher of Gii Corp)

(Tip us about more names and info – Send to: )

Troy MGMT - TroyMGMT - Troy management

One of the leaders is Eric Mortensen from Denmark. Troy MGMT has 4 "fictional" products that is suspected to be created to avoid the pyramid scheme law. Eric Mortensen is a former recruit in 888.com, Gii Corp, Wgi and Talkfusion. We recommend that you check the facts closely before you start with any newly started companies where it promises you Gold and green meadows. Especially where they promote that you can be one of the first that gets the opportunity. We have a dialog with the Norwegian lottery supervision on this company. One of the men behind is also Johannes Brejner which was one of the top people in Gii Corp and has apparently made millions from the system. He was kicked out of Gii Corp for trying to coop the products from Gii Corp, among them SpamFree which now is marketed via Troy. Spam Free “products” are often used as decoys to gather contact information and lists that often is sold to spammers, we do not recommend no one to subscribe unless they are 100% sure that their information is safe. Another aspect of the company is that the sponsor pays the start up for the new person; this is a new twist we set questioning to. The company also has fictional stocks.
We now put out the people behind so that anyone that is tempted to recruit will recognise the people behind the company. Troy MGMT plans to launch second quarters 2008.

The Norwegian DSA and lottery supervision is at our backs in our work for cleaning the network marketing industry from unserious companies and people. This also makes it harder to accompany these companies and will be linked for a long time with what they decide to promote. You will probably find yourself on top of google and other search engines linked to our post at the Warning List. We are tired of grey area companies, unethical operation, hype and cons within the industry of Network Marketing, now we ask everyone to be aware and warn us about the slightest suspicious thing or person and we will look closer at this. This will motivate leaders and companies to act professional in the future. Hype and untrue promotions can lead to being posted at the Warning List.

Please send tips about the company, people and other companies:

 MyNo1 - MyNo1 Community - My number one community

This is pure hype, we see the same signs in recruiting as used in T5PC. It is marketed as a pre launch where there is talk about 199.000.000. Many bankers and investors have already forfeited from the company before the launch without this being published, this is clear signals of something burning. This is meant to be an investment club based on MLM, this is already very alarming. The stocks are in addition to this B stocks priced up to 1$ per stock before the company is up and running. This will fall apart very fast and is only intendment so that the people behind shall make a lot of quick money. Jaime Ricardo Collaco, born in Shanghai, is the CEO of the company. We can se that this will fall apart fast and that most people joining will lose money.
Keep away.

 TSC2000 or OZPower

Another gaming site where the networking model is used. The problem with recruiting in games, poker and gambling is that people that don’t know much of this can be lured in and lose their money. Marketing of these services is illegal in some countries and is suspected to be the reason companies like this try to go past the system. It is regardless considered as marketing of services which is illegal in some countries. We recommend everyone to keep away from multi level marketing models in games and gambling; play these games rather in the ordinary way without recruiting someone to make money of their winnings. This damages relations and falls apart sooner or later, there are dozens of examples of this.

 E-Lottery

This is a system where members must register in a so called syndicate to increase their chance of premium. We look at this as a expensive extra link where the company demands from €8 Euro a month just to be a part of the syndicate. More than one person as contacted us and tipped us about this and no one has won anything of meaning. It will for most people become a loss if they are willing to bet their savings on this. We warn everyone from trusting promises and glorified sayings around lottery opportunities in this marked. Every calculation says that this is not a good investment of time or money. Warning, these systems usually use different names so be at guard. We are not saying that e-lottery is unserious, but ask everyone to be sceptical and research these systems.

 Global Pension Plan

A company that claims that you will be paid $55 000 by investing $35. The company camouflage this as being a form of pension plan. This is very unprofessional and stride against ethical guidelines for the industry about not hyping an opportunity.

 ComShares

Is of this moment not operational, but has said for two years that there will be a solution for the ones that ”gave” them money.

 Leaderspowerline, Silent Leaders Launch

They do not talk about what they traffic, but they claim to have agreements with big serious companies. We recommend everyone to stay away, if the company doesn’t want to share this information it’s often because they do not have pure water.

 reality-networkers.com

This is just another ”maximizing” online tool that will give you and your organization what you need to succeed in this industry. This is not the first and definitely not the last. We do not say that it does not work in the period or that you should use tools like this, but be sceptical to it. Most of them will cost you money, and will not revolutionise anything.
We want to warn against taking sayings like these serious. It is totally wrong…
"Almost all of the online opportunities are perfect. And they really CAN generate that kind of income for you."

 Bridge Investment Business Club

The only product is Investment. According to some countries this company is illegal. The money flows in a binary system where the smallest investment possible is €588 Euro to open a hidden account in Switzerland. From this amount a big part goes up in the system. When the account is opened you can join in on the investments “Case” where the idea is that many small savers can put in money and get return of investment many times more than their own investment. The smallest investment is about €960 Euro to be able to join a ”Case”. This shows that you don’t have to recruit anyone and that when there are many enough the network will ”collapse” because they don’t get big enough investments ”Case” anymore and have to start all over. The way we see it is that MLM is not for recruiting in these types of investment connections and therefore recommend anyone to stay away. New laws hold distributors accountable for their actions, and participation in pyramid schemes are illegal and will be dealt with by the law.

 Novalusus

According to the laws in some countries this company can be qualified as a pyramid scheme. In occasion it is a grey area company that you should keep away from. It is a resemblance to WGI/Aspiritus. Some earlier pyramid scheme artists are involved. Petterøe from WGI is apparently one of the people behind it. We warn everyone from getting involved in this company. Don’t listen to glorified sayings.
The company does not show any contact information at their website which also indicates a strong sign of something short lasting. Remember that most people behind these companies are looking for the best opportunity to get most of the money out of the system and leave. You will apparently get your own Casino as a product, these kinds of system will always fall apart trough MLM in a short period of time. A short period of time is 1-3 years. Investments will only be labelled as NOT product and the company will be declared illegal. Everyone that participates in this is in risk of being posted on this Warning List.

 Prowealthsuccess

Pure pyramid scheme. Pure recruiting. This is most illegal to participate in and people can be tracked down and persecuted. We can suddenly appear at closed meetings or 1:1, 2:1 presentations. Something we have done in earlier coincidences in association with the Warning List.

 Ourpowerforcedmatrix

This system is twisted, here you shall pay for all the members you bring into your network and they will then pay for everyone that enters the matrix and that’s the way in generates money. This is a pure pyramid scheme with an entry fee that is as high as you want with as many people you want. It is supposed to be a educational system where you get access to archived ”knowledge.”  This is covered pyramid scheme and we ask everyone to stay away. The company hype about that you get 1000 new members for a sum of €625 Euro and guarantee you monthly revenue of €900 Euro for the rest of your life according to the text at their website. This is a scam. This is illegal to participate in and people can be tracked down and persecuted. We will suddenly appear at closed meetings.

 PowerTeamGlobal

This system is a powerful hype and they promise gold and green meadows.
We recommend everyone to stay away. The products are health and wellbeing but it seams as the main focus is on hard recruiting. There are many aspects of this company that smells fishy so be sceptical at least. Big promises should never occur in a serious network marketing company.

 The $7 Miracle Matrix

If you want to be spammed then this is something you should log in to. This seams very unserious.

 Aspiritus

Gambling on the Internet.
Even if we can not find any clear indications of decline in the company other than the statistics and numbers we get from the company, we ask people to be careful with their money at this site. We don’t want the industry to be known for robbing people just as T5PC and WGI did. We want to protect people that does not have experience within MLM or gambling and does not know what they are entering. Do not listen to air accusations from distributors or owners of the company, but check the facts yourself. If you can not find information or don’t get the right information, don’t start.

 WorldLaunch

A powerfully overrated video system over the internet as also internet services. Don’t be fooled by big promising words.
We want to warn against entering the system.

 Prosperity automated system/prosperityautomatedsystem

For $1990 dollars you dont have to do anything in the start. This sounds too good to be true and is seemingly also untrue. Be sceptical to this system that apparantly will help you as a network marketer; you never get something from nothing. USA warns about these kinds of systems, thousands has lost their money.

 4 E Corporation

This is gasoline and oil products that are supposed to be environmental savers and to give better power. The latest message from the US said this product to be harmful for the gasoline tank and your car. This is a very bad idea to promote to your friends, family and contacts. This can cost you
.

AATCM – AA Turbo Charge Marketing Inc.

Portable cell phone chargers, not a unique  product and should be sold trough other channels than MLM. This will fall apart.

If there are other companies we should warn about, send us as much information you can about the company and we will look closer at these criteria’s:

  • Is the company new?
  • Is there any hype without substance?
  • Are there any ”fake” products or services in the company?
  • How much does it cost to start?
  • What kind of compensation program does the company promote?
  • Is the focus on recruiting or customer acquisition?
  • Is it possible to reach the owners or other contact persons by phone AND email?
  • Is everything clear about what the products are and is this easy to get information on?
  • Are there any huge promises and glorified statements from the company and the owners?
  • Does it seem like a "get rich quick" scam?
  • How hard is it to see if the company is good or bad?
  • Do the company hype the start-up with statements like "we have 11233 members, you can be number 11234"
  • "start before it is too late" or anything like this? This qualifies for the warning list.
  • Are there products or services with value for the consumers?
  • Does the system mainly promote trough internet?
  • Is the company registered in countries where it is easy to withdraw taxes?
  • How is the cash flow in the company?
  • How is the bonus payout?
  • Does the company use medical statements around their products if that is not true?

There are many questions we would like answer to, we would rather warn people about a company in the grey area to protect the industry then to ignore it. We would rather let a company that operates in the grey area to go bankrupt then to take the risk of having a new camouflaged pyramid wave the way high school professor Gorm Kunøe believes is a risk. Companies that gets a negative stamp and is posted on the Warning List at our front page will come up on one of the first in google and other search engines. NetworkMarketing-International has a strong position trough google. We warn people not to put their name and reputation at stake in unserious businesses and companies. This will be a bottleneck for new companies and we encourage new companies to report to us with as much facts and information they have. We write positive articles about serious companies, and stop unserious companies. This is supposed to be an justified industry. We also work together with the DSA and lottery supervision. The Norwegian lottery supervision will also use the Warning List at NetworkMarketing-International.com as a thread for what companies that should be supervised. We are in contact with people within the supervision.
